📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Welder at Rustic Ornamental, your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting welding blueprints, specifications, manuals, and process documents

• Performing manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated welding

• Examining welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards

• Operating metal shaping equipment including brakes, shears, flame-cutting machines, and bending tools

• Fitting, brazing, soldering, and torch-straightening metal components

• Using arc welding, spot welding, brazing, and gas welding equipment

• Performing custom fabrication for stairs, railings, balconies, and ornamental structures

• Starting, adjusting, and shutting down robotic welding production lines

• Maintaining and conducting minor repairs on welding machines and tools

• Materials: Stainless Steel, Steel, Iron, and Heavy Metals

• Processes: Brazing, Soldering, ARC Welding, Laser Welding
